bricked my kobo glo

help by the knowledgeable and cunning would be appreciated: in an attemt to install KOreader on my quite old kobo glo, i deleted everything from the device, like, in the end i literally did formatted the thing, which created a device that had only the built-in "setup via computer or wifi?"-landing routine on it (which doesn't do anything, and is not reachable from a connected computer). no matter what i put on the empty device, it won't boot. so: any ideas?

If you still get to the setup, you should be able to do a factory reset.
  1. Charge your eReader for at least 1 hour.
Make sure you have access to a Wi Fi connection.
  2. If possible, turn off your eReader.
  3. If you don't see Powered Off on the screen, hold the power button to the right for 30 seconds
  4. Press and hold the light button.
  5. While holding the light button, slide the power button to the right several times to turn on your eReader.
  6. Continue holding the light button and wait until the power light blinks rapidly (discoing).
  7. Let go of the light button.
  8. You'll see a Restoring message on the screen.

If this doesn't work, please post a request for a Glo N613 image in the Kobo µSD Card Image Requests thread.
