[Plugin] Wifi Chooser for KOReader

Hi all,

I put together a small KOReader plugin called Wi-Fi Chooser.

It adds a “Choose a Wi-Fi network” entry to the Tools menu and opens KOReader’s usual Wi-Fi list, even if the Kindle is already connected.

Tested on:

- Kindle Paperwhite 11
- KOReader v2026.03
- SimpleUI

Install:

1. Extract the archive.
2. Copy the `wifi_chooser.koplugin` folder to:

`koreader/plugins/`

3. Restart KOReader.
4. Open the Tools menu and select “Choose a Wi-Fi network”.

You can copy it from macOS, Windows, or Linux.

I made it for my own use and got some help with the Lua code. I’m not a programmer, so I can’t promise support, updates, or compatibility with every Kindle model or future KOReader version.

It’s free, non-commercial, and provided as is.
