PDF files with Chapter menus

I have several collections of articles that are in PDF format with Chapter indexes. These work perfectly in digital editions, I can select from the chapter bar and go directly to the selected article.

Is there a way to have the Chapter menu show up and work interactively with the reader?

When you're in the book, click on "Option", then "Table of Contents". It should show the chapter menu.

There is also another way of doing this. If your eBook has hyperlinked or hot
TOCs you can jump straight to the corresponding page or chapter directly from
the TOC by touch alone.
