Hi everyone,

I made a Chinese Chess (Xiangqi) game that runs natively on jailbroken Kindles via the Mesquite framework. It's a web-based app rendered on HTML5 Canvas, optimized for e-ink displays.

Features:

Play vs AI (as Red or Black) or Two Player mode
Three difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, Hard
AI powered by the Wukong engine (negamax search with iterative deepening)
Canvas rendering for smooth performance on e-ink
Dynamic board sizing - auto-fits any Kindle screen resolution
Last move highlighting, legal move indicators
Undo, flip board, move history
Black pieces rotated 180° in two-player mode for readability
Requirements:

Jailbroken Kindle with KUAL installed
Touchscreen Kindle (Kindle Touch and later: Paperwhite, Voyage, Oasis, Basic, Scribe)
Mesquite framework (included with most KUAL setups)
Installation:

Unzip the attached file
Copy the xiangqi/documents/ folder to your Kindle's documents/ directory
Copy the xiangqi/extensions/ folder to your Kindle's extensions/ directory
Open KUAL → tap "Chinese Chess 象棋"
That's it - no compilation or extra dependencies needed. Just copy and play.
