An unexpected walk

Recently I've been trying to get out each day for a 30 to 60 minute walk, but today I didn't feel like it. Instead I went to a small cafe for a coffee. When I left it I realized I was only 5 minutes from one of my walking routes, so went there instead of home, and had a nice 45 minute walk

Most of my walking routes involve a coffee shop at some point along the route. An addict must have their fix.

I will admit I try to stop at a coffee place (or once in a while) a Diner for breakfast after a walk. (I've found that a chain in the area, Egg Smart, has a two egged Eggs Benedict with coffee for under $10 until 10:00 am which kind of encourages me to get out of the house early for the walk).

One of my favourite walks is down by Lake Ontario with free parking till 5:00 pm during the week. Of course on the weekend it's too popular and they limit vehicle access to it.
