Calilbre will not start after installation

This is the error messsage I get. Can this be fixed?

OK - all of your examples don't exist on my system. As a matter of fact, I had Calibre installed and running well on my system, until your last update.

Now, what do I do?

Use Windows explorer to copy make a copy of plugin_cache,json. Rename the original to plugin_cache_old.json and rename the copy to plugin_cache.json. I don't know if that will work. But it might.
