Unhappy Help! Calibre launching but nothing showing up

I have been using Calibre for quite some time, and my entire library is built using it. But for many months now I have been unable to use it, and I don't know what to do, I am desperate for help. I have tried installiing and uninstalling, updating, things like that. It still does not work.
What happens is, when I open the program, it launches, and is on my task manager and on my windows 10 taskbar, but, no library shows up anymore. The Epub viewer still works, but no library shows up no graphical user interface or anything, just blank. Not even a blank white screen, nothing at all shows up whatsoever. If I hover over it on task manager there is a blank white window, but when I click on it nothing happens and nothing shows up. I don't know what to do as I have been locked out of access to my library for many many months now. Please help.
