Post Built a reading journal app, looking for feedback

I built a reading journal web app for my own reading, mostly because I got frustrated with messy book metadata and wanted to record my reading life and collect book covers. It handles the basics plus a couple of things I couldn't find elsewhere:
  • Search and add books by title/ISBN (pulls from Open Library and Google Books)
  • Auto-corrects bad metadata with AI, but you can override anything manually
  • Series management that actually understands volume order
  • Quotes, notes, collections, and a wishlist
  • A "story hub" for mapping out plot events and timelines as well as character information
  • Custom cover uploads and a few colour themes
  • Basic reading progress tracking with a dashboard (handy for physical books; I read on an e-reader so I use it lightly)

Feel free to give it a try and let me know what you think. I appreciate any feedback, even if it's just pointing out bugs.

Thanks all. Happy reading.
