Question No hamburger menu for collections (I cannot create new ones)

Hello everyone,

So I'm new to KOReader on my Pocketbook Era. I've installed it along with SimpleUI.
I've set up how things looks to my liking, but I cannot create collections as there is no hamburger menu available on the interface (cf. attached image).

According to KOReader's documentation, there should be a hamburger menu on the top left corner. I'm a but lost there. Maybe it is related to SimpleUI but I don't see why it would hide this menu here ?

Do you have an idea ?
Thanks in advance,

Does it work normally without Simple UI? If so, you can ask Simple UI authors

Try this:
Go ahead and tap on “Favorites.”
You will probably see “Favorites (0)” since you have no favorites yet.
Now tap on the “Up Arrow” you should see at the bottom left.
You should now be in “Collections” view where the “Hamburger” at the upper left gives you the opportunity to create a “New collection.”

Note: I have found that those “Simple Ui” plugins can obscure and limit your access to normal KOReader functionality. I suggest you learn your way around the default KOReader interface before installing and using them. Sometimes “simple” is not better.
