Kindle 4 Dev Certs

Hi, I am new to this site so not sure if i am posting in the correct section or not. I am not very tech savvy but manage things eventually but it can take longer than most.
I have an old kindle 4 which i am trying to revive, i have updated to 4.1.4, then jailbroke it, did the KUAL, & mkk. (by following a modding procedure).
I now need to do the DevCerts but struggling to find a file to download, there was one on this site but when i unzipped the file they were not there. (they were supposed to be in a file with the MKK. any help would be appreciated.

Download > unzip > use /install "Update_mkk-20250419-k4-ALL_keystore-install.bin".
