Discuss selected book not working
In 9.8 I select the option, and whether I click a predefined link like Chapters or enter a manual prompt, the answer comes back: nothing whatsoever.

Anyone else?

Which model are you using? IIRC there is an issue when google rate limits gemini usage the error doesnt get surfaced in the UI.

I never had luck with Google AI, directly. Much easier to open account at Openrouter, and they have Google models available for free if that's your thing.

It is also free to get started.

I'm going to release soon a plugin dedicated to summaries, and I count on rare people that welcome AI on calibre, like you, to test it.
