New to kobo, probably an easy fix that I cant figure out.
In books when there's a ' there is weird spacing and I cant figure out why. Its like this. It 's instead of it's. Anyone know how to fix this? This is books downloaded from the kobo store, not side loaded.

Try changing the font and see if that fixes the problem.

Just did. Somehow it wasn't on publisher's default. Once I switched to that, it fixed it!! Thank you and thank you JSWolf!

I've never used the publisher default. I use a custom font I sideloaded to my Kobos. No weird gaps.

It happens if the font is set to AR UDJingxihei. That font has been broken in this way since Kobo first released it. No other font (in my experience) has that problem.
