Having problems with the viewer and multiple monitors

When I have a book open in full screen, clicking outside of the monitor to a different monitor, causes flickering as I switch focus from one monitor to another. This behaviour does not appear when the viewer is not in fullscreen mode.

Sometimes the viewer also becomes distorted as I lose focus on the program. Another way to word is when I alt-tab to a something on my second monitor, the viewer has graphical bugs. This bug doesn't have a permanent effect or long term, simply focusing/alt-tabbing/clicking back onto the program will fix the graphical bug. It does cause a lot of annoyance though.

The first image is what it looks like when I alt-tab, the second image is what the viewer looks like normally. The first image actually shows the previous page somehow as well, it doesn't seem to even show the current page I was viewing.

This bug appears even on the default book that comes along with the calibre as this is the "Quick Start Guide" that is pre-installed when you install calibre.

For the screen flickering issue, a suggestion would be some sort of "full-screen borderless" mode as commonly seen in video games. This sort of viewing option seems to fix a lot of problems when the user wants to use switch programs or use multiple monitors. I am not sure what is causing the graphical bug that causes the viewer to shrink and only display 25% of a screen and also show the prior page.
