How to go back to the last page read?

Last night I was reading and accidently jumped forward several pages, then I couldn't figure out how to easily go back to the page I was last reading. I had to try figuring out whether it was easier to scroll back up or to go back to the start of the chapter and scroll down. Is there already a way to easily jump back to my previous reading location?

Yes, you can enable History browsing panel (while reading a book, hit settings and it is on the bottom: Browsing panel with three options: None, History or Images)

Is it still the case that you have to go to settings for changing this?
