Kobo Clara WB bugs. Dissapointing support

Hi

I am the owner of Kobo Clara WB P365. Good device, but as many, I have the dictionary bug and the sometimes turn-page UI show bug. For this reason, I contacted support. They first ask me to make a factory reset and then a manual factory reset. After that, they ask me for a video recording showing the issues. So far, so Good…. But after that they again ask me for a manual factory reset and to aply the turn-page refresh rate configuration.

I am dissapointed. I suspect than an AI is answering me, and altought I have asked many times that I only want an scalation to development team, I have no luck.

Maybe I am wrong but I suspect there will no be any software update to fix this.

Turn off the WiFi and Bluetooth. Then read a book. Stay in a page for 6 seconds, touch long a word for the dictionary and then the page jump and no dictionary it's shown. Only in p365 model.
