Bluetooth on kindle

Uh I have kindle pw 7 which was the first to introduce bluetooth(searched google) and well due to the fact I don't live in one of the allowed regions I tried the various methods listed online but in the end they didn't work.
So well as a guy who owns kindle I got my mind working and checked for system files and well found out that the triggers to turn on and turn off and even connect are there, even the service of btfd is there but the main bin file of btfd is not there(all the required files other than the main). So well if someone has rooted kindle and upload your btfd related bin files for pw3 then please do.

Btw why there are no GitHub repos showing the whole kindle root and it's files like there are sometimes for other devices(it will be usefull if someone accidentally deleted some important bin file or system file).
