The Dickens Manuscript by J. T. Barker
A book collector buys an unsigned manuscript at auction for a song only to discover later that it is the work of the most famous English novelist, Charles Dickens. He gives it into the care of a bookseller friend who becomes embroiled in a series of dramatic events as a ruthless rival collector attempts to gain possession of the document by any means.
