Help needed: Energy eReader Screenlight HD stuck on green light (Firmware link?)

Hi everyone, I have an Energy eReader Screenlight HD (Model: 42211/42169) that is currently frozen. The screen is stuck and the green light is on. I have already installed the Rockchip Driver Assistant and the computer recognizes it in RK Batch Tool, but I am missing the original update.img (Firmware) file. All official links from Energy Sistem are currently dead. Does anyone have a backup or a working link for the Screenlight HD firmware? (Not the Pro version, as it is a different model).
