Shape objects appear on Scribe!

On both my 2022 Scribe and Scribe Colorsoft.

Shape tool is added to toolbar
Square, Circle, Triangle, Line, and Arrow
Also create freehand by drawing and then pausing
shape has handles to resize and rotate
on Colorsoft, you can fille with a color (fills are not supported on B&W Scribe and are not rendered if created on Scribe Colorsoft)
existing shapes can be selected and modified
No shapes except in Notebooks - cannot paste them to documents

I think some people are seeing this on 5.19.3, but they only showed up for me when I upgraded both devices to 5.19.3.0.1.

I think this is the first new feature the older Scribes have seen since the new ones shipped.

In my testing they do paste into a Document, but they don't render. I'm basing that on that the Clipboard works and tapping to paste makes the Undo-Redo buttons activate.

Interesting. Maybe it actually gets stored in the associated NBK file and just doesn't render.

Could test by comparing the associated NBK before paste with NBK after paste. And more visually when KFX plugins get updated to handle Shapes.

Ideally of course Shapes would be available for annotation generally.

And Rotate handle would exist on selections generally.
