Hi, I'm leenie (lowercase L)
I've been in tech and reader spaces for decades, but only discovered this forum after finally getting Linux and actually going in-depth into Calibre usage. I first used Calibre many years ago on Mac, but I can't remember what I used it for or how I managed to forget about it for several years. I'm still discovering new ways to use it, but my current projects are:
All that said, I do not have a dedicated e-reader. I mostly use my iphone and occasionally ipad to read, but I will be wanting one in the near future and will likely be checking in for recommendations when I'm ready. This seems like a really helpful community and I hope I can contribute in the future! |

Welcome to MobileRead!
Just a note: if you mean to remove the DRM from your Kindle books, you'd better hurry. Amazon is closing all the loopholes as fast as they can. |

@Sirtel A bit difficult when I can’t even install Kindle for PC on my computer to download the files, but I’m thinking I’ll try to work on it this week, thanks. o7
