For those who may not have noticed, Calibre Sync has finally been updated to work with Calibre 9

Have you actually tried the Android version? Did it work with Calibre 9? I've updated to it and it seems ok with Calibre 8 ( I down graded to 8 as an easy option to keep Sync working ). I'm just a bit wary of updating to Calibre 9.

Yes, the ability to connect to the cloud to a Calibre 9 library has been fixed. Works fine for me, but there's another poster mentioning issues with covers. Mine download OK, but I've somehow lost covers from some books that were downloaded previously. That issue happened a couple of months ago however.
