Elipsa 2E Kobo - export handwritten annotations and markups

Hi!
I have written this python script to backup my Kobo highlights and handwritten annotations into a markdown file since I could not find it anywhere and Kobo official website says it is not possible for the handwritten notes, except for sync.
It also should generate an bibliography with norm ISO690 if possible.

I recommend using it on backuped Kobo volume since I cannot guarantee it works without mishaps.

Lot could be improved but so far worked for me. Maybe somebody will find it helpful.

Tested with Kobo Elipsa 2E.
