Hi all

I've been using Calibre for years, but recently everything seems to have started going horribly wrong for me, so I'm here to request assistance with my nook as per:

I'm fine with using basic programmes, but I'm rubbish when errors happen and I honestly have no clue how to make things work again if they go horribly wrong.

Any help would be appreciated!
