Is someone using a clear (back) case to protect the screen?

I like to have as little bulk as possible around my matcha Kindle, but I have to admit that all those pictures of clear cases are quite nice
Since I am out and about a lot, I wonder if someone had experience with using a clear case basically "upside down" during times, when its in a bag, so that the screen is protected, but switches, when it comes to reading/at home?

That is a real hassle. Just get a proper cover and you won't have to keep switching it. Also, I would never be without a proper cover when out and about.

I dislike front and back covers because they add so much weight and bulk and I prefer the feeling of the device's back to that of a folded back cover flap, that is why so far a sleeve has been the way to go for me.
I get your point about the hassle, though – ideally I imagine something like a soft silicone case that easily wraps around one way or the other.

I have a book type cover for my Libra 2. It does not add any noticeable weight. And for all you know, this silicone cover could add noticeable weight.

This cover adds 0.1 kilograms which is about 0.22 pounds.
