RSS Feed Question

Question about the RSS Feed Function.

In the Sony Book Store You can add from a limited selection of RSS Feeds.

But I've got 2 Questions.

1) Can I Add Personal RSS Feeds from other sites / weather sites that have it ?
2) Are The RSS Feeds that are sent to the book auto updated when conected to the Computer ?

I believe you can do more of them via Calibre(sp) or Feedbooks.I haven't quite figured out the former,with Feedbooks-there's an application you can download-and it automatically downloads the updates.I plug in my reader first thing in the morning before I head out-I didn't like that with the Sony store you have to manually update the feeds.
