Clara HD Issue diagnosis, before attempting a new software image install

Hi everyone,

My GF's mother her Kobo Clara HD is sadly facing some display issues. I don't have immediate context but I was wondering (before attempting to flash new software) if that might help, so I wanted to post the image of the issue first. The battery and screen have both already been replaced. Thanks in advance.

Can't comment on a Clara specifically but my daughters Glo ended up looking exactly like that when the 2 G SD card went belly up. New image and a new 8 G card fixed it.
