[Moaan Inkpalm Plus] ADB Devices Not Found

Dear Forum Reader,

After a recent firmware update (build number: MAS_EPD305_L81B804_T44_V09), I no longer seem to have access to the USB debug interface on my Moaan Inkpalm Plus. This is despite the fact that I have enabled the the developer mode by tapping on the build number in the "About Device" entry in the setting, and enabled USB debugging option under the "Apps Management" setting entry. Access to USB debugging and ADB would be extremely helpful for suspending and managing the various pre-installed applications that I haven't a need for. Any help or insights from fellow Inkpalm owners would be greatly appreciated here.
