is there a working XTC output plugin?

there is a web based tool that works but it's a pain in the ass to use and the only plugin i've found - by Yu-Xi Lim - if you get it to install - doesn't work shit - i don't understand why ppl release things like that... sign of the times maybe...

edit: turns out the plugin from Yu-Xi Lim is one of these ai slug things... i'm pissed... really really pissed. an hour of my life i could have spent reading a good - human created - book

XTC/XTCH are ePubs converted into bitmaps. XTC is B&W, XTHC is greyscaled. I think one brand of underpowered ereaders uses that format since it does require relatively little CPU power. I tried an online conversion about a year ago and it was pathetic. The characters were pixelated and the pages started drifting. After 25 or so pages in, it made the pages unreadable. The file size increased by about 15 times as a 6MB epub came out as a 90MB file and that was without the cover image which vanished in the conversion.
