This extension hasn't been tested anywhere except my own K4B.

Pending improvements include:

• make the KUAL menu items more convenient (ex. toggle single item instead of 2 separate items)
• expose ability to map button input events, in addition to disable, which is already possible by executing underlying bin/kbuttonmap

I wanted to post this in the KUAL extensions thread, but it's closed. Not sure if there's an alternative recommended location where extensions are catalogued?
