macOS UI improvements

Hello

I love this app, it is powerful yet simple to use, which is an uncommon feat for an open source software. I'd love to help make it a little better.

Here are a few hiccups I think could be relatively easy to fix:

Calibre name in the menubar is shown as calibre instead of Calibre
Calibre main window title bar is currently showing "calibre — || Calibre ||". I think it should only read "Calibre" or "Calibre - Library name"
Better macOS compatible theming
Framed window with titlebar: I think the app would look much better if it used with an integrated title bar as suggested by a QT forum entry such as this

Another thing which is probably much more difficult is having a theme closely reminding of macos. The currenty one looks very kde plasma like but very little like macOS.

It's calibre, not Calibre. The correct spelling is with a lowercase first letter.

The window title is calibre -- ||library name|| not calibre -- ||Calibre|| unles you named your library Calibre. And yes the name is with lowercase c. As for macOS themeing use a more macOSy icon pack, such as san francisco that will make the biggest difference.
