Libra 2 Page refresh not working after latest update.

Hello everyone.

I picked up my Libra 2 after a short break from using it, and noticed that the page refresh won't work anymore.
I've tried opening and closing the Reading Menu, which would normally refresh the screen, to no avail. Likewise, whatever setting I choose, from refresh every 1 page to refresh on every chapter, the problem persists. I've tried rebooting, checked for anything out of the ordinary in the developer options and also tried different ebooks/file formats.

This behaviour happens in pdf, epub and kepub files.

The software version is 4.38.23552

Is anyone else experiencing this? Do you have any idea on what the cause might be?

I have a Libra 2 and am using the same software version as you and I do not have this problem.

Have you tried simply rebooting the device? Hold down the power button for about 30 seconds and it should reboot; none of your content should be lost.

Yup! I've tried both powering down and rebooting, neither made a change sadly, but thank you for the suggestion!

I guess factory reset would be the next thing to try.

If I don't think of anything better, I'll try downgrading first to avoid losing all my annotations etc, and keep the factory reset as a last option. I'll update with any news!
