seperate folder

I am trying to create a separate folder in Calibre where I want to store converted epubs when I have converted epubs to MoBi. How do I get the output folder in Calibre?

You show you have a Kobo. You don't want Mobi. And even if you also have a Kindle, as long as it's not a K1, K2, DX, you'll want KF8 (azw3).

What you can do is create another library and when you are done with your ePub and the conversion, you can move it to this new library.

Yes. You can't change/add/delete files and folders in your calibre library with File Explorer or any other file management tool - if you do that, you'll corrupt your library. You can only manage your library via calibre GUI. If you want another, separate library folder, click on the library icon -> Switch/create new library. And move your books there also via GUI - right click on a book -> copy to library.

Alternatively, you can save your converted books to a location outside calibre, if you want, with the Save to Disk feature.
