UUID in Catalog csv
When I create a catalog of my library ...I notice that UUID is taken from the metadata.opf file found in the books directory. Is there a report or flag I can set to read the UUID from the Epub file itself.
I would like to utilize the field to match up files I have collected off of sights like Smashwords and imported them to Calibre. I can write a script to generate a report and traverse the directory structure collecting metadata using exiftool .. though if there is something in Calibre already I would not need to go down that path. My library is large, over 4k books to date. |

The uuid is the internal uuid per book that calibre uses. A book can have more than just an EPUB format hence using UUIDs from a particualr format doesnt make sense.
