I want to use ebook-convert to convert an epub file to a single self-contained html. But I have some questions:
1. there is no html output plugin: ValueError: No plugin to handle output format: html, is the documentation here outdated? https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/gen...output-options 2. when coverted to htmz, then I unzip it and open the index.html inside, index.html doesn't contain the cover link. I want to see the cover in the index.html page. How to do this? 3. Is it possible to embed all the resources(particularly images) to one single self-contained html so that I can use it anywhere else? I can use --htmlz-css-type=inline to embed css, but there is no option to embed images. |

Those options refer to converting to zip files not html files. The zip files contain html. And no there is no single HTML file output option in calibre.

Is it possible to show the cover in the index.html? I can see the cover image in the unzipped folder but it is not linked in the html.
