Need help to fix the unicode folder name problem
using Calibre 8.13 wireless connection to xfer books with unicode TAGs to KOREADER on a Jailbreak Kindle Oasis. Calibre use Unicode Tags just fine but once the info xfered to Kindle, template {tags}/blablabla,, the generated folder name is always ASCII, i have no way to get it work.

The folder names on Calibre exports SHOULD always be ASCII for compatibility.
The problem is that you are trying to fake metadata for a reader that only does file browsing or search. Try getting familiar with KOReader ability to search a calibre Metadata file. |
