Failed to Back Up Device Database

EDIT: It looks like that error message is from Kobo Utilities, so I should have posted this elsewhere. But, it's OBE: I copied my previous database backup from Kobo Utilities to .kobo/KoboReader.sqlite, did a few re-updates and all seems well.

OP: Just plugged my Kobo Sage in to my Windows 11 computer and within Calibre got the following:
Code:
calibre, version 8.13.0 (win32, embedded-python: True)
Failed to back up device database: Failed: Backing up Kobo device database

row 378 missing from index sqlite_autoindex_AnalyticsEvents_1
non-unique entry in index sqlite_autoindex_AnalyticsEvents_1

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "calibre\gui2\device.py", line 111, in run
  File "calibre_plugins.koboutilities.features.backup", line 216, in device_database_backup_job
Exception:
row 378 missing from index sqlite_autoindex_AnalyticsEvents_1
non-unique entry in index sqlite_autoindex_AnalyticsEvents_1
It's been working fine for ages. Any suggestions on what to look for?

That sounds like you have some database corruption. You might want to try using a SQLite utility such as SQLite Personal 5 to re-index all table and then vacuum to see if that clears up the errors. If not, go for the most recent backup that does not have the error.
