Exclamation Kindle with ghost touch
Hello everyone! I'm new in the site, and recently i bought a kindle 11th generation - BUT with 2 problems:

1 - the kindle is blacklisted, and I bought it cheap because of it and

2 - It has ghost touch.

The previous owner bought a new one super cheap because they contacted amazon, and this one became black listed...

In the present moment I'm a "proud" owner of a Kindle, but i really wants to fix at least one of these issues, any ideas?

I doubt anything can be done about either issue.

It's broken. So the owner called Amazon and Amazon sent a replacement Kindle and blacklisted that one. Then the sleazy owner sold the blacklisted Kindle.

You bought it and now have plastic brick. You need to return it because it's useless. It's blacklisted and broken.
