Merge Book Records combines description contentss
When merging book records, it appears that the description field is also merged, rather than replaced.
Is there some way that I can configure calibre to keep only the selected (merge into first selected record, delete others), rather than adding the description field of all merged duplicate records into the final record? |

This is not configurable, keeping all comments is the safe option, you dont loose anything that way and you can always delete the extras after merging if needed.
