Help: Need FR→RU Dict-MOBI for Kindle (on-tap lookup)

Hi all,
I’m looking for a legal French→Russian Dict-MOBI (with <idx:entry>) for Kindle so I can set it under Language & Dictionaries.
I found references to UniversalFrRu_0_6.mobi but links are dead. I’m not asking for pirated files — I’ll gladly use open data or build it myself.
Could someone share:
• a minimal working sample (OPF + XHTML), OR
• point me to a legally shareable FR→RU dictionary known to work?
