Black Friday isn't really Black Friday anymore. Retailers have been expanding the sales and pushing the dates back. At this point, does the actual date for Black Friday even matter? Many, if not most of the stores will give refunds of the price differences if you buy early and the prices drop later on.

This year, the holiday shopping season starts 27 Sep. First out the gate is Best Buy (27 Sep), followed by Target (05 Oct), Amazon (07 Oct) and Walmart (TBA).
