Libra Color: networking woes

I will say that this problem also exists with my Libra 2, but oddly enough not my Clara BW.

I cannot, for the life of me, get either the KLC or the KL2 to stay connected to my wifi or sync.

My network is an Amplifi Alien. These two devices are the only ones in my house that hate that router. I have tried connecting to just 2.4, 5, and the blended network. No avail. I even have a separate 2.4 I use JUST for IOT devices -- they still can't do it. They never stay connected for long enough to sync.

I don't know how to troubleshoot this other than to nuke and factory reset and hope for the best, but given both of those devices are having issues, I think this is a KOBO issue, not a network one. My kindles, apple devices, all of my iot -- no issues. Just these two kobos...maddening.

Any advice?

Have you tried connecting to a hotspot on your phone or laptop, to verify that it works with different devices?

Have you tried manually updating to the latest firmware versions?
