Metadata Download recently fails to match at all

Starting with the last couple of updates (now using v 8.10) the Download Metadata & Covers feature has problems. The Left Window does not match the downloaded book at all. This happens with about 50% or more of the books.
here is an example:

Anyone else have this problem? Or is there something set wrong with my Calibre?

Same for me, and it happens mainly when there is no identifier to guide.

There have been no changes to metadata download in calibre, check what metadata source plugins you have installed.

Same than before. And, usually, it found an Amazon book with no relationship at all with the book you're downloading metadata. And always the same wrong book in a session.

Post the log from a download session. As far as I know amazon metadata is broken and has been for a while because amazon is blocking calibre via CAPTCHAs.
