In Manage Tags, is the middle button related to Tag Mapper?

When you go to 'Manage Tags' there is a button with a circle around an 'i' and it lets you edit a tag, and said tag will be changed for every book.

Does this set a rule for future additions to one's library?

If I change 'superheroes' to 'heroes' using that button, and I add a new book tagged 'superheroes' will it change to 'heroes'?



If not, is there a way to download my tags list so that I can easily view it while I am creating rules in Tag Mapper?
