Excluding libraries by regex

Hello all.

I have several books that I wish to keep private. These books all have the tag Book.Private and the genre Book.Private.

So I go into Preferences -> Sharing over the net -> User accounts -> (pick my account for example ) -> Change the allowed libraries -> Only the specified libraries -> Check the box by the applicable library and enter the regex
'not #genre:"~Book.Private"' (also tried 'not tags:"~Book.Private"'
then restart the content server.

However I can still access these books remotely.

What have I done wrong?

1 You need to set up accounts for sharing over the net.
1) You, who has access to everything.
2) <the restricted> account. which only has access to a VL (not whatever you set)
So create that VL, both the accounts
