I have my downloaded books stored in a folder at my Linux computer.
For one of my books I have changed the authors name in meta with Sigil. When I transfer & overwrite the book with Filezilla it don't change the name in KOReader. I have also remove the book in KOReader and transfered the book again ... still the same problem. In KOReader I have WiFi & Server running. What can be the problem ... otherwise KOReader works OK. |

Have you tried refreshing the cached metadata? In one the detailed list modes, tap on the big plus in the corner, and then 'Extract and cache book information'.

Long-press on the book - Refresh cached book information.
