Strange epub problem

I have a book the passesall the checks in the editor. It can be read in the ebook-viewer, and on ipad in ibooks and kybook. Mapleread only shows the cover and whe web viewer will not display it at all.

It says:
Failed to view book
Could not open Lord Peter Wimsey 02 - Clouds of Witness. The EPUB format is not available.
Failed to communicate with "/book-manifest/4922/EPUB?library_id=CalibreLib&1755152963237", with status: [404 (error)] Not Found

No EPUB format for the book (id:4922) in the library: CalibreLib

In a file manager the epub file is present and sigil will also open and validate it.

Is there an explanation for this?
