Stylus / Annotations Support on Koreader

Hi I have recently purchased the Kobo Libra Color, and it works well, however I cannot seem to annotate or do markups on the PDFs. Hoping to see if we can add support for the stylus or for annotation on PDFs and books

KOReader is a reading application. It has no handwriting support, and nobody is interested in adding that support. See:

which is eight years old and still unaddressed.

You can upload pdf via https://www.amazon.com/sendtokindle to convert them to a format that is annotatable.

Only for certain kindles! It converts to fixed KFX, which is useless for KOReader, or Kobo or reMarkable, or Nebo (Android & iOS) and and only works for Kindles that natively have a stylus.

PDFs annotate as-is on the Sage and Elipsa. It adds a layer. But that is using Kobo SW, not KOReader. Regular PDFs can be annotated on anything except a Kindle, without conversion, if the HW & SW supports a stylus.
