Remove margins/fit cover to screen
Some of my ebooks are showing a small cover at the top of the screen in KOReader, the image is not fit to screen. Is there a way to (semi)automate margin removal and fitting the cover to screen, without tinkering in specific xhtml files?

I think something could be wrong with the code employed to display the cover. Maybe you could use the one employed in the attached epub.
