"No space on device" error while uploading from Calibre via wifi

When I first set up KOReader-Calibre (v8.7) wifi connection on both my Kobo Libra 2 and Android phone, uploading the entire library (414 epubs) went like a breeze. But after that, I am getting "no space left on device" error on both devices every time, no matter if I upload one book or many. Restarting KOReader, deleting cache etc, do not help. This error occurs only when uploading via Wi-Fi. USB wired upload does not have this problem. Any idea how to fix this?

Just to add, checking "Ignore device free space" box on Calibre's SmartDevice app plugin did not help, and space is not an issue on either device.

UPDATE: Figured it out. Somehow the inbox folder under Calibre -> wireless management in KOReader got set to /mnt instead of /mnt/onboard, which I guess caused Calibre to run into some kind of permission problem. I have now created an empty subfolder Books under /mnt/onboard/ and set it as both Home and inbox folder, which fixed the issue.
