K3 Kindle Keyboard w/new battery $25
I decided to buy 10 K3s that needed new batteries, and 10 batteries, and fix them, to keep them out of a landfill (and because I think it's fun to fix things, and I love the K3). $25+ shipping from 05401 (13 ounces, USPS Ground Advantage. Typically $5.75-$10).

If you don't need a cord (micro-USB) I can do $23+ shipping.

Yup, I've been explaining that to people - it'll say the password or username is wrong, but it's not. It sent a 6 digit code to your phone, and depending on the message, you either add it to the end of your password or replace your password with the code.

I had one person locally who made a new Amazon account on her phone and registered it, and it didn't do the code thing, because she hadn't entered a phone number in her account. Email and password worked.

Hi, bumping this, because with the recent difficulty of removing DRM with Gen 11 & 12 kindles (with 5.18.5), more people might be looking for a cheap, older kindle. I've tested, and the K3 can connect to the computer and have Calibre pull Amazon books, and have the DRM removed (if you've set up Calibre properly) AND the book covers are in color!
